History
Company founded in 2022 in Winterthur, Switzerland, as independent engineering company specialized in process and energy automation in industry sector and renewable energy by Mr. Bozidar Ivanovic. Toska International GmbH bought 80% of the value of the company, 2023 and took all management and made integration of Company in Toska International GmbH as holding
